Dear Divya,

I just wanted to take a moment to remind you of the importance of self-compassion and the journey you’re on to stay more attuned to your emotions. Life can be challenging, and it’s perfectly okay to have moments of self-doubt, anxiety, or self-pity. We all do!!!

But remember, you’re doing your best to regulate these negative feelings, to navigate through the uncertainty of life. It’s a journey, and it’s okay to stumble along the way. When those moments come, be gentle with yourself. Treat yourself as you would treat a friend, with kindness and understanding.

And don’t forget how blessed you are. You have an incredible, supportive family who loves you unconditionally. They’re your rock, your safe haven in this world. Soak in their love and strength, and remember, you’re never alone in this journey.

Moreover, consider the many beautiful things that life and the universe have blessed you with. Count your blessings, both big and small, and let gratitude fill your heart. It’s a powerful antidote to those moments of self-doubt and anxiety.

You’re doing great, and you’re growing with each experience. Keep your head high and your heart open. You’ve got this.
